The first step to take is to contact LC HomeBuilder to get a free estimate on your project. For new construction we will need architectural plans in order to give an accurate bid. To renovate an existing structure all we will need a simple walk-through to give an estimate.
After we submit our bid and sign a contract, we will begin construction at the earliest possible convenience for the owner. Once construction has begun, our customers can always rely on us to complete the job with efficiency and great care. |
